Our Background
APA was formed in the fall of 2022 by Jocelyn Hayes and Julie Hoffmeister bringing together their two consulting firms, Platinum ERP and Hoffmeister Consulting. They formed Alliance Point Advisors as a consulting firm to help global companies take full advantage of innovative, digital technologies with a people-centered approach.
With a combined 40 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformations for Fortune 500 companies, they saw their clients struggle with the same issues time and time again, failing to reap the full potential of digital technology.
They knew the existing consulting model was broken. The focus was on the technology, training, and communications, but not an integrated approach which aligned the operations, organization, and leaders to create an environment where people can successfully adapt to new digital capabilities.
So they started Alliance Point Advisors to fill the gap and deliver true digital and business transformation to their clients.
