Jocelyn Hayes

Founder and Managing Director

Jocelyn helps clients identify problems to solve, opportunities, and solutions turning from strategy to execution. Organizational leaders know their vision and their goals, but they often do not equip their teams to complete the mission and get results. Jocelyn provides organizations with tools to operationalize missions and ensure adoption of what is changing through managing resistance leading to driving and realizing benefits.   

Ms. Hayes had led Business and Digital Transformation programs with $200M+ budgets, over 15K impacted roles, and benefits realized and measured paying back the capital investment in under 3 years on average. She blends her 25 years of practical and experiential knowledge of Digital Operating Models, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Leadership Alignment, Software Development and Implementation, and Product Management. 

Jocelyn “hails” from the University of Michigan where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering and went on to earn her MBA through Regis University while working as a consultant. She currently resides in Colorado and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle with her husband, sons, and dog Bentley.
